Making Process

1,Unfreeze and washed,

2,Pickle chicken meat for 5-6 hours,

3,Remove the marinade material of chicken meat

4,Put chicken meat in the starch and remove the starch material

5,Put chicken meat in the coating flour

6,Cooking Oil in a pan

7,Fried about 3-4 minutes by 120℃ fire,fried till golden

8,Take out and put in a pan
